Although the picture is blurry, the photo quality isn't meant to be high since it should be interpreted as citizens who got their gift cards instead of trying to fake it out with professionals. It was rather hard to keep the shot stable due to the setup with...an interesting setting. Just see it as people having a good time partying with their gift cards.
